Is ms13 an intelligent gang?

im curious about this gang. i know they have around 300,000 members. but they all just look like thugs in the slums. now is there a possibility they could have professionals in federal agencies undercover stealing intel or the gang isnt that well educated. i mean i could probably see russian mafia doing something like that but. i dunno. just curious.if your a federal agent and you have beef with ms13 you probably dont have anything to worry about if they arent proffessionals right? hired contractors are probably ones to be worried about. im just looking for opinions.
