Is there a possibility I'm being haunted because I showed interest?

So I went running up the main road by my home and I came across an abandoned neighborhood lot that never got worked on. The bulldozer looks like it's been sitting there for 5 years. There's a little house with its windows and doors boarded up with wood panels, the windows that arent covered are smashed, broken and distorted. There is debris and pieces of clothing in the yard, and I felt just a really horrible cold feeling when I went up to it. I went over to it again three nights ago and I could have sworn I saw a face in the window. I stood and stared at it and took a picture with my phone (flash cam), and started to cry because I felt overwhelmed. When I got home I took a good look at the picture and could make out a young boy maybe 11 or 12. Since then I've been feeling stuff in my house like cold spots, I hear glasses breaking, my porcelain dolls move around, my coins fall on the floor out of the jar, and I wake up with a shock because I feel someone touching my face. My mom says it followed me because I took an interest in it. What? .. but i just feel scared and miserable all the time for no reason, and I keep feeling someone touching me or my hair. Last night I woke up and I saw the kid standing by my closet but I didn't know if it was a hallucination or not. What's going on?
