Is the real reason businesses arent hiring is they are scared of obama's anti business attitude?

almost ever speech on the economy he slights business with comments like all they care about is maximizing profits etc...Is the economy waiting for a pro american pro business president before they expand and hire because they dont know what liberal taxes or regulations are going to come from this guy so they are just hoarding their money till the climate becomes pro business again
