Indy 500 2011 winner?

So I remember when Paul Tracy passed Castroneves under yellow way back in 2002 and didn't win the race. Did Wheldon do the same just now? Does any one have it Ti-Vo-ed or something. Did Wheldon pass Hillenbrand under yellow or was it still green? The yellow definitely came out. Who was leading? Or does it not matter because he was involved in the wreak and would be considered "OUT" unless he crossed the finish line?
