Puppy food aggressive only with bones?

My puppy is food aggressive when it comes to bones. If she's chewing a big meaty bone or just dental one and I get close to her she'd start growling. I started feeding her by hand and only giving her the food bowl when it's meal time, I've heard it's good to stop food aggression. When it comes to the bowl of pedigree she's not aggressive, I can remove it when I want. She's just 10 weeks old gsd mix, is there a way to stop this bone aggression. or should I stop buying her bones
