Did I lose my virginity too early?

Sooo,, I am 13 years old and i lost my virginity like 2 weeks ago. BTW I turned 13 like 5 months ago. It hurt really bad at first, but it started to feel better as he continued. We arent dating, but he SAYS that i"m his one and only. Eventhough, people say most 13 year olds dont know what love is.. I think i might actually love him. He is always on my mind. Was he the right one? Should i have waited????
