Health Fair cake ideas anyone?

We are having a Health Fair and we are going to order a sheet cake but we arent sure as to what should go on the cake? I googled it and couldnt really find anything. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what we should get on the cake that would match the whole "health" theme? Ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
