My swordtail is Flaring/Sticking tail in front of male platy?

OK, My swordtail is sometimes swimming over to this male platy and its like hes trying to stick it in his face. He also follows him swimming by his side and when the platy stops and rests, the swordtail will do it again. Is this aggression?
