I used to have 3D movie maker (animation maker)?

I used to have this CD (3D movie maker) - you make animations. You can pick different settings/places. It wasn't really CGI 3D quality, but good enough for animation. You can record your VO (voice over) and sync them to the animation. Can I download this program for free, or are their similar programs you know of that I can download for free?
