Help my skin is awful?

help i am a teenager and my spots are terrible, the only place they arent are my cheeks, i mean they arent plastered on my face but they are bad enough.i use all clinique but i still have these, it doesnt help that i havent lost my freckles ( i know i will because all my family had them until they were about 18) and i think my nose is quite large:( what can i do to make myself look better, also after a few hours my clinique anti blemish solution makeup goes shiny , i know it is good stuff but is there any way i can look prettier? serious answers please
